• Investment-related activities carried out by the Client.
• Failures caused by third-party hosting providers.
• Data loss resulting from cyberattacks, unauthorised access, or external security incidents.
• Any misuse of the software by the Client or third parties.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your business complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations.

Any updates will be published on our website. By continuing to use our software after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised version.
